Hawaii telecom is one company that has found the recession too much to handle. This company has filed for bankruptcy and is now desperately trying to move their chapter 11 case to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Hawaii in Honolulu. They feel that this might be helpful in handling their case in a better manner and they are looking to get it done as early as possible.
